Simple Skincare Range
Summer is just around the corner, the weather is warming up and my face is starting to become affected. Every summer, it seems like my pores come out more and more. Every year I try new products, and see which range is best for me. I’ve tried Clearasil range include their washes. This year I’ve been reading about the Simple range and how other bloggers have found it’s worked for them.
I decided instead of spending £3.45 each on a large item, I might not like, I would test them using the mini ranges. Normally purchased to go away with, perfect for trying a new item your not sure about.
Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes. I go through lots of facial wipes, in the morning, before bed, during the day etc. I’ve found some to be good, like Tesco own cucumber facial wipes. It has a light scent which isn’t overpowering. These ones are living up to their pricey price tag. They were refreshing and didn’t break away like others when removing make up. I don’t think this product has helped my skin and spots issues.
Simple Refreshing Facial Wash Gel. This gel like texture is light, isn’t too runny or watery. It’s easy to use and washes off quickly. However with this one compared to the moisturiser, I didn’t like this one as much. I found it not to leave my skin feel refreshed but more oily and horrible. I didn’t feel like it helped at all with my problem. I’m glad with this one I didn’t waste £3.45 and got the mini one on the 3-for-2 at boots.
Simple Moisturising Facial Wash. This light cream is great to use in the shower each morning. With its easy application, the cream isn’t heavy and perfect for in the morning. Once washed off my face it leaves it feeling refreshed. Like the facial wipes it has a light scent as well. I think out of the two products, I would be more incline to buy this one then the refreshing facial gel.
I don’t think I have found the ultimate product to help with my skin issues. I’m glad I’ve tried them. I think facial wipes I am likely to go back to Tesco own cucumber facial wipes. For the gel, I won’t be buying that again soon, but for the moisturiser facial wash, I would consider it again if going away. I’m going to look for a new facial wash in the mornings.
