A quick a stop into London
I got told by my new boss that I had to go to our London offices for training. I boarded a very busy train (read this blog to find out what happened) to London. Arrived and headed to out London Offices. It was so hot that day, I decided to pick up an Iced Coffee to help cool me down and wake me up. I arrived into the offices set in a 1970s style tower block and did my course.
After the course was done, I was told there was no point to head back to the offices. I arranged before the day to go for food at Forrest Gumps Seafood House afterwards. We still had some time to spare.
Instead of wandering to Buckingham Palace, we headed on the tube to Oxford Circus to the Disney Store.
Next it was into Debenhams (toilet stop)they had a massive Union Jack display. It was all to do with the Queen’s 90th Birthday. I love the patriotism of the place.
Headed on towards Libertys and Hamleys, but it was far too full to browse around. Knowing I didn’t have long until dinner reservations, I went to Bubleology to try bubble tea.
Wandering down towards Bubba Gumps, I spotted a Mr Bean mini car in one of the shops.
After dinner, a quick stop in some tourist shops before heading off to catch the underground back to the station. First it was M&M world, where I spotted more flags, but this time out of M&Ms. Next it was
Second it was into the Nickelodeon store, to pretend to be a ninja turtle.
After a fun day in London, meeting new people I will work with, trying bubble tea and food at Bubba Gumps It was time to head home, as the flood warning was getting worse and the rain was awful to walk around in.
